Mr. Smith served as Managing Director at both Sahalee Asset Strategies, LLC and National Asset
Management. Mr. Smith also spent sixteen years with U.S. Bancorp as a SVP in the Trust and
Investment Management Group; and as treasurer and COO of Bancorp's investment advisor
subsidiary, Qualivest Capital Management. Before US Bancorp, Bob served as CFO of
Hammerbeck Financial Services; and was an Investigator with the NASD for six years. Bob
received a BA in Accounting from the University of Washington in 1980 and is a CPA.
